Dear Mr Gill,
We came to visit with our grandaughter to your zoo I have to admit I have never been before and wasnt sure what to expect Well Mr Gill thank you for the most wonderful day From the moment we arrived your staff from the car park people(and oh did they have their hands full) to the keepers ,the train driver im fact everyone were so helpful I have mobility problems and walk with a stick but even I managed holding on to fences when needed When we had seen everything we went into the shop, now having been a parent but now a granny I expected prices to be quite expensive but I was amazed Some were priced high (as some needed to be )but there was so much that was approachable for the kids with pocket money and grandparents anda lovely selection Thank you for the lovely day Oh by the way I hope you are lucky with that larger car park, you need it Good luck May your zoo go on from strength to strength My only comment is that adults want to have manners I was amazed how many who hadnt got kiddies stood right in front of the little ones so they couldnt see but thats of course isnt your problem but I am sure you know what I mean Congratulations good luck for the future Thanks again.
Hi this isn’t an enquiry I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful place you have. We traveled 2 hours to get there and it was worth every minute! We loved how close we were to the animals and the interaction we got to have with some. Keep up the fantastic work guys and we will 100% be visiting again at some point.
We visited your park today for the first time, following a short lake district break. Our daughters aged 6 and 3 really enjoyed their visit, and our six year old, Evie, has not stopped talking about tigers and how she wants to help them, ever since we got home.
We made a donation after watching the tigers feeding in the afternoon, and are planning on a tiger adoption for Evie for her forthcoming 7th birthday.
I just wanted to contact you to praise the member of staff who gave the talk about the plight of tigers, prior to the tiger feeding at 3:45, which we watched. Her passion was obvious, and her words have certainly had an impact on us, and in addition to donating, we are going to spread the word as best we can, to support the fundraising. Evie even wants to do a sponsored run to raise money to help the tigers (and she’s not naturally very interested in sport!). I’d love it if you could pass on my words to the member of staff, because I’m sure we are not the only family to have been so touched by her passionate presentation.
So, a big thank you from us and thanks for all the work you do.
Many thanks for organising our visit to the wild life park last fraiday and of course for giving the reduction in cost. Despite the weather (which even by our standards was spectacular!) the children and adults got alot out of it. We did think we were going to have to make our way home early as some of the children were wet through to the bone and very cold (scorching heat in Bellarus at present and I was informed that in Bellarus one would not venture out in such weather!). This did not happen thanks to the gift shop loaning us some pens etc, a warm classroom and being revived by hot chocolate! Some of us even ventured out after lunch for to explore and see more animals. The jumping lemurs, kengeroos and penguins caused much merriment. feeding the giraffes was a delight and seeing the lions amazing. Sure the children will return to Bellarus enriched – the majority will never have seen such animals before. So please extend our thaks to all your staff and of course the animals!

Hi, I came to visit the wild life park yesterday with friends and I have to say we had the most fantastic day. I loved how all the animals were able to roam around freely and were all so close together. As for having the opportunity to hand feed giraffes, lemurs and penguins that was an experience in itself, truly amazing. You could see that all the animals were well looked after and the park was very clean with very good facilities. The staff were also very helpful. The weather was very hot yesterday so was really nice to be able to sit outside in the picnic area. We travelled 2 1/2hours from Seaham, co.durham to get to the park and it was well worth the visit. Thank you for an enjoyable visit would definitely recommend! x

We had a brilliant day today, I would really appreciate it if you could pass on our sincerest thanks to the staff that helped (including the train driver) especially in the cafe – they were brill, but even more so, to you for relaying all of the information. THANK YOU :)))
All of you do such a wonderful job in educating the public through to conservation projects, you should all be proud of what you achieve as a team. We’ve just ‘adopted’ Tessy off the website as Jessica insisted that the tigers at the zoo get fed every day!
Fantastic day all round, I was just petrified of losing a child and done nothing but count 9 heads all day lol!
Thanks again and keep it going 🙂
