Safari Zoo is temporarily closed to visitors. At this time we do not have a date for re-opening, nor do we know how long the closure will be for, all we know is that this is temporary and all we can hope is that this action will help prevent further unnecessary visitors to the Furness area and prevent the spread of this nasty virus.

Flexibility for Tickets, Members and Experience Vouchers

We will of course be extending the validity of any memberships, admission tickets or experience vouchers by the duration of our closure.

Those with experiences already booked will be contacted and future dates rearranged, all member events scheduled to take place during the period of closure will be rescheduled when we are back open.

The welfare of the animals always will be our top priority and a dedicated, committed team will be onsite each day to ensure they continue to receive the care and attention they both need and deserve.

Gratitude to Supporters

We cannot thank our members, adopters, visitors and guests enough for the support they have shown us so far.

Rest assured we will reopen when the time is right and we will need your support more than ever at that time, but for now your Safari Zoo fix will come virtually via our Social Media channels so, take care, stay safe and stay at home.
